Great for holding the trailer connector where you need it. Easy to install, especially with 2 zip ties.
Bought it on a whim but when it came time to put wiring in, it was so satisfying to have this little guy to mount the wire to. Nice and snug and I can bolt it on wherever I want. Fits like a glove.
Product customer service alway great. Manufacturing packaging could be better. This would be my 3rd hitch And they always arrive ripped through the box. UPS guy says the same thing to me.
I had a time getting the connector in this, but I bet it won't fall out
Bracket is heavy duty and well made. May be mounted anyplace convenient.
It’s a four pin connector holder, looks great and should work perfectly. I have ordered before.
Parts are fine. Used the website, ordered what it said I need and it’s the wrong one, the connectors are not correct to attach to the tail lights. Asked about a return and am told I have to pay for shipping. I am wanting to get the correct kit and would buy it from them, but I strongly disagree with paying for shipping to return a part their system said would work.
a little on the weak side holding in the bracket came in a kit and the total order was exactally what i needed
I have used this item before on another vehicle that I owned. Great for holding the trailer harness plug in place instead of having it dangling from the underside of the vehicle.
The quality of the products are excellent and, for the most part, the DIY videos are extremely helpful. I did not find the how-to for the Curt 4 pole connector to be worthwhile and used the Curt video instead, which was spot on.
I would have gave it a 5 star rating if it came with mounting hardware.
Cannot properly rate this as there are no instructions as to where it goes or how to install it.

Hey Claude. There really is no right or wrong way to install this bracket. We have had customers attach it directly to their bumpers or the hitch. You can also use a bracket like part # 18136. It comes with a hose clamp to attach to the hitch and then gives you a platform to attach part # C42CR that you already have. I included an install video using the bracket that comes with the hose clamp. Unfortunately I don't have a video showing the install method of attaching to the bumper. Let me know if you have any more questions, I'm happy to help however I can!

With a little help I mounted the connector near the hitch, and it works great.
Great so far, but hoping that overtime the 4 flat does not pop out of the bracket when you push in the trailer plug,
The bracket did not come with screws to attach it to the trailer hitch. Other than that, it was easy to order, was received faster than projected, the price was good and the quality seems to be good.
Did what it was supposed to do but does not come with any hardware. This bracket should be included with the wiring kit but was not so had to order it separately and pay for shipping again on a measly little bracket.
Apparently if your car is wired for a trailer, you have the tow package. I asked the dealer if I could get a Trailblazer with a tow package and he said “No” which lead me to order the wrong wire harness.
Pretty simple install. I have dual exhaust on my Outback and found it easiest to remove both mufflers for installation. Curt only provides 2 of the guide wires for the bolts. I used one on each side and also a rubber band on each side to secure the bolts while positioning the hitch. This worked really well, try it yourself.
Excellent value for a great product! I love how it hides so well under the rear bumper/fascia. They include everything you need for a complete install. Fast shipping and great follow up. The website is so easy to navigate.
Perfect kit for my 2007 Tacoma. Perfect lenght wires. Electronic module stores away up high in the tail light so no salt water invasion. Self cutting ground screw mad a perfect ground right beside the module. Awesome!Easy. Hope it lasts! Seeems solid wiring and mechanical wise.
$7 plus shipping for a bracket that should be inluded with the hitch receiver to begin with, add to that the cost of finding out there's NO hardware to attach it and having to drive to a hardware store...
This is an exact fit replacement for the 4-flat wiring harness mounting bracket on an OEM Toyota trailer hitch for the 2019-2025 Toyota RAV4.
Quick and speedy delivery item is exactly what I needed and expected. I’ve purchased a few items now from etrailer and have not been disappointed on any part of the process. From finding the item I need or the ordering process to delivery to my intended location it was flawless thanks etrailer.
Looks great, easy install direct to hitch cross piece.

Looks great! Always super helpful to keep those wires up and out of the way
Installed the hitch and wiring on my 2025 Maverick XL eco boost. Was easy enough using Etrailers instructional video. I would def recommend if you bought your Mac without the hitch..use this one!

Glad we could help, Juan! What are you going to be towing?
Love it. Makes the job look professional, no wire hanging down or attached to the hitch.
